Builder Member $ 775

Any individual who is self-employed or employed by a firm, corporation or other business entity in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools or other public buildings, commercial, industrial or other structures normally related to a community would be a builder member. As a builder member you understand that in addition to membership dues, the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) will assess and collect unit dues on homes built, payable upon closing(s) at a rate of $45 per $100,000 of sales price. NJBA’s advocacy efforts save you money on every unit you build and unit dues fund the continuation of these efforts to allow you to build more units. Beginning in 2024, each builder member receives an annual credit of $3000 towards their payment of unit dues and will only be invoiced for any unit dues owed in excess of $3000. Associate Member $ 775

Any individual who is self-employed or employed by a firm, corporation or other business entity engaged in a trade, industry, or profession related to the building business and is of good character and business reputation.

NAHB Affiliate $ 130

Any individual who is an employee of a firm, corporation or other business entity that is a builder, remodeler or associate member of this association shall be eligible to become an NAHB affiliate member of the association.

Sales & Marketing Council $75 one time

NSMC members enjoy a variety of benefits, including exclusive education programs, information, resources and networking opportunities that help members strengthen and protect their business. Members also get access to the information they need to stay on top of the latest trends in new home sales and marketing.

Remodelers Council $75 one time

The national Remodelers Council is a great resource for builders, remodelers, general contractors and those committed to the building industry. The Remodelers Council enhances professional development, provides industry-specific education, networking opportunities, develops and grows the workforce and participates in student outreach. The council provides information and education to improve the management and technical competencies of its members, supports their business interest at all levels of government, and strives to increase professionalism in the industry.

Professional Women in Building Council $75 one time

The National Professional Women in Building offer women in the construction industry peer-to-peer interactions by participating in community events and educational forums. We encourage women members to actively participate in association activities, cultivate relationships through networking and build upon valuable resources. Join women from all over the country on zoom meet ups, and hear from industry experts.

PAC Contribution

Metro's PAC supports those candidates who support the building industry in our local counties. Any donation is a great donation to help move our industry forward.
