As President & COO of Stilo Disposal in South Plainfield, NJ, I lead a growing waste removal company. Since 2017, I've worked with an incredible team to expand our fleet from 23 to over 200 dumpsters, driven by exceptional service.

With a background in Accounting and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers, I focus on growth, strong relationships, and a positive work environment. Passionate about empowering women in trades, I serve as the 2025 Chair of the Professional Women in Building Council and co-founded the Metro PWB Scholarship Program.

In 2024, I spoke at WasteExpo on leadership and women’s evolving role in waste management. Outside work, I enjoy time with my horse, Duke, and outdoor adventures with my fiancé. I’m committed to mentoring women entrepreneurs, fostering confidence and success.
