Brothers Alex and Joe Fonseca are the owners of Primavera Parkview. Since 1997, Primavera Parkview has been providing custom single family homes, additions, kitchens and more to consumers in Union County and the surrounding area. Exceptional attention to detail ensures that each project is completed to the highest standards. They are passionate about their family owned business started by their father in 1978. (Their Father still takes great pride in visiting the jobsites. His outstanding work ethic and attention to detail are permanently engrained into the fabric of this company). We pride ourselves in enhancing the flow of your home as well as your home’s resale value. During a remodel, our goal is to make our clients as comfortable as possible. We take great care in erecting dust barriers in our work zone to keep the rest of your home as dust free as possible. In addition, we leave work space tidy and neat and all of our workers conduct themselves in a family friendly, respectable manner.
