Bill Asdal began analyzing and investing in real estate in 1976. He has successfully purchased, developed, managed, or built over 150 properties in various markets and in all economic climates. Actively working for the industry, he is the National Association of Home Builders’ Instructor of the Year, teaching classes across the country that enhance foundational business skills. He co-authored “The Paper Trail: Systems and Forms for Professional Remodelers” and wrote “Defensive Estimating: Protecting your Profits”. He has completed a number of industry research projects including advocacy of the Rehab Code, energy efficiency in existing homes, new product testing, systems design, and a number of demonstration projects for the national trade press. Bill is a member of the NAHB Remodeling Hall of Fame.
