Leadership Skills Workshop:
This workshop will be led by Cindy Fleisher. Cindy spent more than 20 years as a leader in the real estate appraisal profession until deciding to change direction. She founded Strategic Solutions Consulting and now she shares her experience, skills and passion for success by helping others. Her process is designed to empower business leaders and their teams with the tools needed to succeed.

This workshop will discuss the traits needed to build the confidence needed to succeed and inspire as a leader; self-awareness, communication and connections. You will learn how to become more aware of yourself as you lead, how others respond to you and how to fine tune your message.
