Led by Caitlin Fierro, Certified Functional Nutritionist, Toxic Load Expert, and founder of Non Toxic Homes, this session breaks down what “toxic load” actually means and how everyday exposures — from food and water to personal care and home routines — can impact energy, hormones, gut health, and long-term wellness.
Participants will learn simple, high-impact ways to reduce exposure that fit into busy schedules, why consistency matters more than doing everything “right,” and how to make informed choices without stress or extremes.
