BUILDING CODE UPDATE
NJ's recently adopted building codes became mandatory in March 2023. Join us as we present an overview of these updates to building codes including broad changes to the IRC, IBC & IECC, new fire sprinkler requirements for multifamily housing over 30 ft in height, increased energy efficiency requirements, and more.
