Geri Albin is Counsel in Saiber LLC’s Environmental Law practice. Geri concentrates her practice on all aspects of environmental law with an emphasis on the remediation and development of sites throughout New Jersey and New York. She focuses primarily on the operations of commercial and industrial facilities and provides counsel for due diligence, permitting and compliance. She also represents clients in governmental and private environmental cost recovery and penalty actions brought under federal and state environmental laws.Wednesday, October 23

Justin Calta is Counsel in Saiber LLC’s corporate, real estate and land use practice groups. Justin’s practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in real estate and corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on zoning, land use and re-development, acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial leasing. Justin appears before planning and zoning boards in obtaining regulatory and development approvals, including variances, site plan approvals, and subdivisions and has overseen the land use approval process in connection with the construction of new apartment complexes, single and multi-family residential developments, office complexes, retail and “brick and mortar” businesses, as well as warehousing and industrial uses.
Justin received his B.A. from Antioch College in 2006 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2013.
