\nJoseph Montero\, CPA is a Member of the Firm. \; He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New wide variety of industries including \; manufacturing\, \;wholesale/distribution\, technology\, real estate\, food and beverage and contractors. \; He has practiced public accounting for more than 30 years. \;

\nDuring Joseph&rsquo\;s career he has developed an expertise in managing engagements involving entities of all stages of their business life cycles from start-up entities to multi-million dollar entities with complex organizational structures. \; Joseph is a member of American Institute of CPA&rsquo\;s\, and the New \;York and New Jersey Society of CPA&rsquo\;s. \; He has served on a number of in-house technical accounting and auditing committees. \; He also frequently speaks to these associations in addition to other various business and professional groups on the latest accounting\, reporting and regulatory developments. \; Joseph is a graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. \; He practices out of our Fairfield\, New Jersey office.

\nJoseph Andolino is a Tax Director at Smolin\, Lupin &\; Co.\, LLC. He is licensed as a Member of the Bar in New Jersey\, New York\, North Carolina and Michigan. Joe has 45 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies\, high-net worth individuals\, and family businesses. Joe&rsquo\;s career specializes in finance\, legal and tax engagements with an emphasis on international taxation. Joe previously served as a Corporate Tax Executive for Halliburton\, Goodrich\, Coltec Industries\, and Allied Signal\, Inc. He \; has extensive experience with corporate taxation globally. \; Joe is civically engaged and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Italian American Bar Association. He also previously served on the Board of Directors of MD On-Line\, The Charlotte Opera and the Echo Foundation. \; Joe is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a bachelor&rsquo\;s in history cum laude and Seton Hall University School of Law cum laude. He then went on to graduate from the New York University School of Law with an LLM in Taxation. To honor his time at Seton Hall and to support future generations of academically gifted students\, in December 2014\, Joe established the Joseph F. Andolino Endowed Scholarship Fund at Seton Hall University\, which will award scholarships to current and future Seton Hall University undergraduate students. \; Joe practices out of both our Juno Beach\, Florida and Fairfield\, New Jersey offices.
