Are you a NJ ENERGY STAR® Homes builder?
If not, you are missing out!
NJ's ENERGY STAR Homes* Program Facts
Approximately 29% of all new residential homes built in NJ the previous two years have been ENERGY STAR certified.
These homes are 10% to 15% more energy efficient than code homes. Zero Energy Ready Homes are 20% to 30% more efficient than code.
NJ Energy Raters** help builders create the highest quality homes and be more profitable along the way.
Code Home builders receive zero NJ State incentive dollars.
ENERGY STAR Home builders receive NJ Clean Energy rebates as well as technical and financial information from the Rater.
ENERGY STAR certifications allow the builder to "trade off" some code requirements.

Single Family Home $2005.00
